At first, I was wondering, "What is a DNS server?", but an in-house engineer explained it to me in an easy-to-understand manner from the beginning. Now, I can answer most questions about any field. -I acquired a certain level of skill as a player, and in my second year I started to have subordinates, but I had some difficulties there as well. I had no management experience, including my previous job, so I had no idea how to communicate. I tried to do all the work by myself, and when I asked for help, I was hesitant and said, ``Is it okay if I ask for this job...? I think I can do it...?'' . After trying to manage things my way for a few months and not getting any success, I decided to clear my head and went to a super public bath by myself. After I got out of the bath, I found a book called `` Growth Theory for Beginner Managers '' in the rest area and decided to read it.

Then, I was shocked by a sentence written in the book, ``Get things done through others.'' “This is it!” I thought. From there, I gradually learned how to delegate things to others and how to manage things well in my work. Is there an answer to this question at this time? I believe that the reason why GIG receives orders from us is because we are able to create products that balance the three perspectives of 'client', 'user', and 'market'.





At the time of the interview three years ago, I thought it was because the designers and engineers had high technical skills. But to be honest, there are many other companies with high technological capabilities. When I thought about why people placed orders with us, I realized that it was because we were able to proceed with manufacturing based on our technical capabilities and from the perspectives of the "client," "user," and "market." I did. For example, I think there are companies whose strength is to take the client's perspective and create exactly what the client requests. Also, of course it is important to take a "user" perspective, but unless you also combine this with the strengths of the "market" in which your clients are competing, you will not be able to maintain your competitive advantage.
